Description

The Dinah Beach Road has become a major city cross point for traffic between the Stuart Highway / Duke Street and the Tiger Brennan – Garramilla Boulevard intersection.  It is overdue for repairs, to ensure safety for vehicular traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists.  It’s management falls under Darwin City Council.

To the Speaker and the Members of the Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory.

This petition as signed below calls the attention of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly to:

Recognise the Dinah Beach Road is overdue for repairs, to ensure safety for vehicular traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists.

The Petitioners therefore ask that the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly:

Commit to repairing and upgrading the Dinah Beach Road in partnership with Darwin City Council. 

Upon presentation to the Assembly, this Petition will become a public document.
